    Health involves many layers of the mind, body and essence of who we are, which is why new patient visits last for one hour and includes a thorough intake form. Follow-up visits are 30-45 minutes.

    Dr. Potter is currently credentialed with Aetna, First Choice, MODA, Pacific Source and Providence (non-Medicaid plans). Please contact your insurance company for specifics on your benefit plan and coverage.

    Appointments need to be cancelled within 48 hours or by the Friday before Monday appointments given the time that is spent with patients and personalized appointment time set for each patient. A fee of $150 will be charged for missed appointments and $75 charged for missed LENS appointments.
